1. Agreement to terms

By using Liivo, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Eyevinn Technology AB (“Eyevinn”, “we”, “us”), the company operating the Liivo service.

If you do not agree, please stop using Liivo.

2. Description of service

Liivo is a platform that lets you build, host, and manage web applications by describing what you want to build using AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. Liivo provides the infrastructure, services, and tools needed to run those apps.

We may update or change the service over time. We will give you reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect you.

3. Your account

To use Liivo, you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. User responsibilities

You agree not to use Liivo to:

Build or distribute illegal content.
Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Send spam, conduct phishing, or engage in fraud.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data.
Resell or sublicense the Liivo platform without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

You own your apps. Any app you build using Liivo, and the content in it, belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your creations.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and operate your app as necessary to provide the service.

The Liivo name, logo, and underlying platform technology are owned by Eyevinn Technology AB.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds, but if you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support@liivo.ai.

7. Limitation of liability

Liivo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eyevinn Technology AB’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Liivo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of Liivo after that date constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
